Dissaster

      A disaster is a natural or man-made ( or teohnological) hazard that has come to fruition in an event of substantial extent causing singnificant physical damage or destruction , loss of life , or drastic change to the environment. A disaster can be ostensibly defined as any tragic event with great loss stemming from events such as earthquakes , floods , catastrophic accidents , fires , or expicsions. It is a phenomenon that causes huge damage to life , property and destroys the economic , social and cultural life of people.
      In contemporary academia , disaster are seen as the consequence of inappropriately managed risk. These risk are the product of a combination of both hazard/s and vulnerability. hazards that strike in areas with low vulnerability are not considered a disasters , as is the caeas in uninhabited regicns.
      Developing countries suffer the greatest cists when a disasters hits-more than 95 percent of all deaths caused by disasters occur in developing are 20 times greater ( as a percentage of GDP) in developing countries then in industrialized countries.

   ภัยพิบัติเป็นอันตรายที่ธรรมชาติหรือที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้นมาได้มาเห็นส่งผลให้กรณีที่ขอบเขต ที่สำคัญที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายทางกายภาพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญหรือการทำลาย , การสูญเสียชีวิตหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงรุนแรงต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ภัยพิบัติ้เป็นเหตุการณ์ที่น่าเศร้ากับการสูญเสียอันเนื่องมาจากเหตุการณื เช่น การเกิดแผ่นดินไหว , น้ำท่วม , อุบัติเหตูหายนะที่เกิดเพลิงไหม้หรือระเบิด มันเป็นปรากฎการณ์ที่ทำให้เกิดความเสียหายอย่างมากมากต่อชีวิตทรัพย์สินและทำลายชีวิตเศษรฐกิจสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของประชาชนในสถาบันการศึกษา ร่วมสมัยภัยพิบัติจะเห็นเป็นผลมาจากความเสี่ยงที่มีการจัดการที่ไม่เหมาะสม ความเสี่ยงเหล่านี้เป็นสินค้าที่มีการรวมกันของทั้งสองอันตราย และช่องโหว่ อันตรายที่นัดหยุดงานในพื้นที่ที่มีช่องโหว่ในระดับต่ำจะไม่ถือว่าเป็นภัยพิบัติ ในกรณีภูมิภาคที่ไม่มีใครอยู่ ประเทศกำลังพัฒนาประสบค่าใช้จ่ายที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุด เมื่อเกิดภัยพิบัติมากกว่าร้อยละ 95 ของการเสียชีวิต ทั้งหมดเกิดจากภัยพิบัติที่เกิดขึ้นในประเทศกำลังพัฒนา

An Exciting Day

Luly 7 , 1999 , was a exciting day for me. It was 9:30 on a Friday morning in Samutsongkram. I was alone beacuse my parents were going to maket. Suddenly , the room started to shake. Some dishes fell to the floor. I did not know what to do , so I got under a table. A few minutes later , I came out and tried to turn on the television , but the electrcity was off. After that , I tried the telephone , but it did not work. Shortly after , the sister came to see if I was all right. Finally , at about 11:00 A.M. , the telephone rang. It was my mother from Samutsongkram city.  She was more Frightened than I was.


วันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 1999 เป็นวันที่น่าตื่นเต้นสำหรับฉัน  ในเช้าวันศุกร์เมื่อเวลา 9:30 น. ในจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ฉันอยู่คนเดียวเพราะแม่ของฉันกำลังจะไปที่ห้างสรรพสินค้า ทันใดนั้นห้องเริ่มที่จะสั่น จานก็ตกลงไปที่พื้น ฉันไม่ทราบว่าจะทำอย่างไรฉันจึงไปอยู่ใต้โต๊ะไม่กี่นาทีต่อมาฉันออกมาและพยายามที่จะเปิดโทรทัศน์ แต่กระแสไฟฟ้าถูกปิด หลังจากนั้นฉันพยายามโทรศัพท์ แต่มันไม่ได้ทำงาน หลังจากนั้นไม่นานน้องสาวมาดูว่าฉันไม่เป็นไร สุดท้ายเวลาประมาณ11:00 น. โทรศัพท์ได้ดังขึ้น มันเป็นแม่ของฉันที่โทรจากตัวเมืองสมุทรสงคราม เขาตกใจมากกว่าที่ฉันเป็น
